Best thing about this course is assignments, quizzes and other helping material and bonus files which are like cherry on top, and made learning about typography so easy which actually isn’t! It starts with basic things, covering even some unexpected topics like the short history of typography, all the way to practical examples and detailed analyses of other designers’ work and actual websites. I especially liked the practical examples and demos, as they are the best way to explain things and teach others the craft.
Also, the attached pdf materials are awesome and very helpful! Don’t be mad, but I’ll use some of these while mentoring my teammates as a team lead. Practical Typography and Type Mastery modules are stellar! I watched Type Mastery twice because it was so good!

I mean, biggest thing that I like about your mentoring in general is that it is at my own pace! So for a person that is working while doing the course, the pressure is less… and big plus is you are always there to answer questions may be it in chat or in a scheduled call, and you answer it in a way that a beginner or a person with no formal design education would understand. 😄
I can vouch on what you said as well at the start of the course, that it is indeed different from the other cheap courses that you get elsewhere!

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. Although, I consider myself knowledgable in this field already, just the first couple of lessons really helped to create a colour palette for a quite complex project with more ease and much more clarity.
The later lessons were a great review for me and I definitely learned some new tricks. This course is an absolute must if you are a beginner at setting up colour systems.
For more advanced designers, this course can still be a highly valuable input to optimize workflow and be more refined in your colour setup. Alongside all of that, the course is extremely concise. The videos are packed with value and are only as long as necessary. Component Basics and Strategy: great tips overall. Love the little details like placing icons inside a frame instead of creating a component set right away to see visuals of what icons you are swapping out in the instance swap menu. First of all, I would like to say that through this course, I learned so many things and It was really helpful for me. Introduction of the course is short and relevant. The interface of the course is really awesome. It makes it really easy for me to navigate through my whole journey and access all the things. The tips and tricks are really helpful and the advice, not to just see but analyze other designers’ work thoroughly really helps me. All the videos in which we analyze other designer’s work are really nice. It gives me a way of thinking of how to analyze someone’s work so it can be beneficial for you. I found some videos a little bit long but seeing the whole process helps you to understand that it takes time to create something and mistakes are a paper of the process. One thing I really admire is that in this course they explain everything in a way which makes our working with developer very easy and relatable. Design System Videos are an extra treat for me! Andrija explained the whole design system in a very effective and easy-to-learn manner. As a tester, I did not have time to go through all lessons; but I’ve checked the crucial parts. And the result – I want this course to buy NOW!
I’ve checked parts about constraints, auto-layout, grids, and teamwork. And I love them, I need them, and I did not find any issues at all. In part about grids, the dividing among grids for mobile, desktop, and tables is fabulous. There is a slight difference, but everything is in one place, and I haven’t been confused. Those are big plus points. Layout examples and tips and tricks were blowing my mind.
And the part about how to organize Figma, tips about sharing with your team, and thumbnails are absolutely fantastic. Straightfoward, no sauce around, practical, and advanced, but even a beginner can get the point.

As a junior developer, I have no complaints whatsoever. I like how you delve into details, even though it’s supposed to be a beginner’s course. The English is refined to the maximum and clear enough that you don’t need subtitles at all. I even tried some things in Figma for the first time that I hadn’t seen on YouTube. All in all, for someone who really wants to dive into design with maximum detail as a beginner, this is it. There’s nothing better. Kudos to Andrija and the team working on this.

I loved every part of it! This course was really fun, not some dull presentation of what Figma can do. What I liked most was that it was charged with some extra information that you would hardly read anywhere like the nudge amount, why to fix it to 8, understanding the hierarchy of elements and why it’s better to place elements into a frame rather than to group them, how to use grids… And mindblowing bonuses! 100 Figma plugins and shortcuts and a video where Andrija created a mobile app frame and while doing it, seasoned it with tons of useful tips. Real treasure! Can’t wait to start the Advanced Course.

This was a really great course! I knew the basics of Figma and had created two full website desktop prototypes with it already, but I learned a lot of useful things! Especially about shapes, lines, opacity, strokes, colors, fills, imagery, and blend modes. Now I can do a lot more with Figma, which is great! The 100+ list of shortcuts and 100+ list of plugins are amazing, can’t wait to dig into them!

Also I love how the videos flow onto each other, the beginnings and endings, and speaking to the viewers.
