At Supercharge Design, we consider the protection of personal data of our employees, users, business partners, and other persons with whom we cooperate paramount.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is intended to inform you how we at Sharc d.o.o. and hence Supercharge Design (“Supercharge Design”/”we”/”our”) collect, store, manage and use information that you provide or we collect in connection to our Platforms, Products, or Services. This Privacy Policy is a part of our Terms and Conditions.

All information and data that we receive from or about you, such as, but not limited to, your name, address, location, e-mail address, IP address, user names, passwords, course selections, product and service purchases, transaction and payment information, and communications are governed by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not govern or describe how any third parties connected to our Platforms collect or use your data.

By using our Platforms and Content, using or buying our Products or Services, you are expressing an agreement and understanding of this Privacy Policy and processing of your data, including personal information, in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our Platforms and Content and using or buying our Products or Services.

How we collect data

Principles on which we ground data collection and processing are legality, fairness, integrity, and confidentiality. We deal with the confidentiality of the highest standards with all data we collect, have access to, or process. We do not sell, trade, or rent any personal data to third parties or individuals unless compelled to do so by law.

We do not collect or process so-called “sensitive data” such as ethnical, racial, genetic data, political, religious, or philosophical beliefs, or data relating to sexual orientation, sex life, or the health of individuals.

We may collect data and process your data in the following situations:

  • when you register or sign up for our Products or Services
  • when you buy our Products or Services
  • when you sign up for our newsletter
  • when you provide personal information in exchange for a free download
  • when you enter any giveaways, contests, complete any surveys, or visit or interact with our Platforms

Not all information we collect is personally identifiable. An example of such data is collecting and tracking user sessions at our Platforms to improve the experience for all users by the conventional tools such as Google Analytics.

Use of data

We use the data we collect in the following ways:

  • to optimize Content, Products, and Services provided on the Platform
  • to deliver information or contact you about the Content, Products, and Services
  • to carry out obligations to the users as a part of transaction or order of our Products or Services
  • in other manners described at the points of data collection
  • for other uses upon which users would be notified and allowed to opt-out.

After the end of the purpose for which it was collected or termination of the contractual relationship, all data is deleted.

By using our Platform, Content, and registering for or buying any of our Products or Services, or by providing your personal information to us in any other way, you consent to receive communication from us. You can opt out at any moment by using appropriate forms. This right to opt-out excludes legal obligations, such as sending the receipts.

Data security

We undertake all technical and organizational security measures to protect all personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, loss, or change.

Although we are carrying out commercially reasonable data protection measures, you understand that no data storage or transmission is 100% secure. We take no liability for the illegal conduct of any third party to the data. You can request a report of unlawful security breaches of our Platform at support@supercharge.design.

We share personal data with the third parties only in the following situations:

  • We use a third-party service to broadcast emails. We use Mailchimp for that purpose. Information about their privacy policy can be found at Link.
  • We transmit and process payment data only through authorized payment processors PayPal and Teachable. Information about their privacy policy can be found at Link.
  • We will disclose information gathered by a user if required to do so by law or legal process or to cooperate with law enforcement if we need to do so to protect our rights, reputation, property, or safety, or to defend or enforce your obligations or our rights.

When transferring data, we take care to employ protection measures and to transfer the minimum amount of information required. Third parties we share the data with are based in the US or Europe and comply with the highest EU-US Privacy regulations. However, we do not take any responsibility for the actions of third parties.

Your rights to your data

You have the right to receive or change your personal information. If you believe we have outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate information about you, you have the right to correct or supplement your personal data. You can submit such a request to support@supercharge.design.

You may make a request for deletion of all or some of the personal information which you shared with us. This comes with an exception of us being legally bound to keep that information, such as in an instance of keeping track of commercial transactions. Request to delete the information you provided can be sent to support@supercharge.design.

You may opt-out from newsletters, informative or promotional emails by following the instructions associated with that service or by emailing us at support@supercharge.design.

Unless you make a request that we delete your information, we will keep it within a reasonable time or period regulated by law.
